Monday, July 28:

  • 10 p.m. – Late night Jazz with Ronan Delisle and his group – Ronan Delisle-electric guitar; Daniel Parr-bass; and Zach Forsyth-drums, at the Greenhouse Restaurant, 600 N. Locust. No cover

  • Paul Slavens & Friends work up your song ideas on the fly at Dan’s Silverleaf, 103 Industrial, 10 p.m. Money encourages the artists – for a few dollars more, you may get a pretty cool riff from the band.
  • 11 p.m. – The Boxcar Bandits throw down jazzy, skunky-fusion bluegrass at Mulberry Street Cantina, 110 W Mulberry St. No cover

Wednesday, July 30:

  • Jeffry Eckels presents Jazz at The Whitehouse, corner of Scripture and Bryan Streets, every

    Wednesday from 8-10:30 p.m. Every week features a different jazz artist playing with Jeffry! Never a cover, just come out and enjoy great coffee and jazz music.

Thursday, July 31:

  • JR Byrd and the Tracks play the Unicorn Lake Summer Concert Series, by the fountain – 2900 Wind River Lane, 7-8:30 p.m. Bring a lawn chair, something yummy from near-by eateries, and enjoy the free show.
  • Enjoy a glass of wine a great live jazz at Wine Squared, 110 W. Oak St., 8 p.m.

Friday, Aug. 1:

  • Jazz at Banter Bistro, 219 W. Oak St., 6 p.m. No Cover.

Saturday, Aug. 2:

  • Texas debut of Michigan Jazz-Folk vocalist Ashley Daneman, 6 p.m., at Banter Bistro, 219 W. Oak St.Ashley Daneman
    Ashley Daneman shares her heart and soul through a blend of jazz and modern folk. She crafts organic, vignette-like songs with rich harmonies described as “…an uncompromising concoction of subtle and intimate jazz with a touch of hipster singer-songwriter.”
