Too many very cool shows and events fly under the DJC radar because it’s not Jazz, or not in Denton. I realize not all musical performances will be covered, but at least I can hit the highlights.

Mel Brooks transformed his film “The Producers” into an award-winning Broadway musical. He does it again with “Young Frankenstein,” with collaborator Thomas Meehan.
