The Count Basie Tribute Big Band plays Sweetwater Grill & Tavern, 115 S. Elm, Denton, TONIGHT 7-9 p.m.
Best kept secret on the Denton Live Jazz scene is this fun and fabulous big band of UNT students, alums and maybe a faculty member or two.
The big band sneaks in to play late nights at Abbey Underground, bur Karen and Jimmy have coaxed them onto Sweetwater Grill & Tavern’s patio for this special night of Swing. So, put on your dancin’ shoes, and your fav glad rags and get down to the jump, jive and wail of these cool cats.
